Once you complete the payment for a premium domain, you will have access to our Domain Transfer Center where you can initiate your Domain Transfer. Our Domain Transfer Specialists will assist you with transferring the domain to the registrar of your choice. Typically, most transfers are initiated within 24 hours of the domain purchase. The domain names for sale on Atom Marketplace don't include trademarks or business registration. This is because you have to specify a number of business details to register a business or trademark a name. You can, however, run a basic Trademark Conflict Check through , and we also offer a Trademark validation & Filing service.

Payment plans are an option for most of our domain names, including premium domain names. These installment plans are offered at the discretion of the domain owner, who also chooses the number of months payments will be spread over. Usually, payment plans are for between 6-24 months

A full refund is offered if you make the request within 48 hours of purchase and we haven't yet initiated the domain transfer to you. All refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover the cost of our payment gateway as well as transaction processing. If you're paying in installments you can cancel future payments at any time if you no longer want the domain you purchased, but payments already received won't be returned.
