Lease to Own (LTO) Fees
Transaction Fee: The standard transaction fee is divided evenly across your initial downpayment and monthly installments.

AtomPay supports wire transfers, credit cards, and crypto.
Credit card & crypto: Available for transactions up to $5,000 one-time or $10,000 total across installments.
Wire transfers: Required for all transactions above these limits.
Credit card payments also include a 2.9% processing fee.
A typical domain escrow flow looks like this:
- Buyer and seller agree on price and terms.
- They open an escrow transaction with the escrow provider.
- The buyer sends funds to escrow, and escrow confirms receipt.
- The seller transfers the domain (often via standard registrar transfer/push steps).
- The buyer confirms they received/control the domain (sometimes after an inspection period).
- Escrow releases the funds to the seller (minus fees).
Some domain escrow models also support domain holding / installment-style payments, where the service may hold the domain during a payment term and release it after final payment.
AtomPay is not a licensed escrow provider, but a domain escrow alternative built specifically for domain transactions.
AtomPay is built specifically for domain transactions, and combines the "escrow-like" protections with a workflow designed around how domains actually transfer:
Domain-first workflow (not generic escrow): AtomPay lets a buyer, seller, or broker set up the deal, invite the other party (email or secure link), and agree to terms in a single, purpose-built flow.
Flexible payment structures: You can do a one-time payment or installments, and decide who pays the fees—both parties can review and request edits before confirming.
Domain holding: AtomPay collects both payment and the domain before releasing either side, and releases funds only after the buyer confirms receipt.
Transfer help + visibility: AtomPay's team facilitates the transfer using standard registrar steps, and both parties can track status in the dashboard.
Refund protection if transfer fails: If a domain can't be transferred, AtomPay includes a refund guarantee.
That said, some parties may still choose a separate escrow provider if their transaction has special requirements (for example, contractual, compliance, or internal procurement rules that mandate a specific escrow arrangement).
AtomPay is designed to remove a domain escrow need in standard cases by handling the transaction end-to-end within its domain-specific process.
